Bit behind

A bit behind here in the land of veggies. I was planning on updating the blog on Sunday but we had a Dog Emergency of the OMG kind, and so the blog was obviously put on the back burner. It looks as though I will have time to do the update this evening or tomorrow evening, as we will not be getting said dog back from the Emergency Freaking Vet in Gaithersburg until Wednesday, post surgery.
